Ingredients

tbsp
olive oil
organic
1/3
cup
Coconut Flour
organic

Eggs
organic

Rolled Oats
gluten free, organic
1/2
cup
fresh spinach
finely chopped, organic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
If your dough is dry add some additional olive oil or egg
Lay parchment paper on top of baking sheet
Take about 1/4 of a cup of dough and flatten on your parchment paper on top of a baking sheet
Lay shamrock outline on top of the dough and take a knife or spoon and trace out your shamrock. Repeat until you’ve used all the dough
Bake for 30 minutes or until ends are slightly browned
Optional: add coconut oil as frosting and sprinkle with parsley
